4. Program Cancellation Policy
Sundance Consulting Inc. reserves the right to cancel or reschedule programs, workshops and seminars and to change instructors. Programs may be cancelled prior to the course start date if less than the required minimum number of participants are registered. 

5. Refund Policy
Program costs are non-refundable. Program participants may defer registration to another date and location within the next calendar year or provide a substitute participant.
