Chris Edgelow | President & Founder
Chris Edgelow is the founder and president of Sundance Consulting Inc., a consulting firm dedicated to helping organizations change. Educated in both Canada and the United States, Chris is based in Alberta and has worked extensively throughout North America as well as in many countries in Europe, Asia and Central America and the Middle East.
For the past twenty years, Chris has consulted with a diverse range of organizations in every sector of the economy, leading projects and facilitating programs in leadership, personal and organizational transition, the changing world of work and organizational character. He is a gifted facilitator and educator, and a dynamic, down-to-earth speaker. Chris has authored and published a number of articles, booklets, workbooks and facilitator guides on topics relating to leading changing organizations. Predominantly practical in his approach, he helps leaders and managers in organizations recognize and tell the truth about the challenges they are facing so they can begin the process of finding a way through the chaos of complex change.
Chris has taught at the university level and speaks at many conferences every year on topics relating to the magic and mystery of people, organizations and change. The focus of his work centers on helping people and organizations grow through change to create work places that provide dignity and meaning for the human spirit.
Chris has worked with organizations in manufacturing, all levels of government, high tech, telecommunications, aviation, finance, insurance, pharmaceutical, defense, education, healthcare, consumer goods, utilities, chemical, oil and gas, transportation, research and the not-for-profit sector.
Kathi Irvine | Core Consultant
Kathi Irvine is a core consultant with Sundance Consulting Inc. She is a warm, accomplished facilitator and leadership coach with a strong focus both on team interventions and individual development. Kathi has 15 years of corporate leadership experience in the financial services sector with extensive background in facilitating leadership and communication programs, leading change, improving employee effectiveness and leadership practices in the finance, insurance, high tech, pharmaceutical, banking, non-profit and media organizations.
An expert at working in partnership with clients to develop and deliver the highest quality programs and processes, incorporating adult learning principles that will meet strategic business goals, Kathi has proven expertise in designing leadership initiatives with the focus on business strategy, performance management and employee satisfaction. What she enjoys most is to help organizations maximize their employees’ success during change.
A graduate of Simon Fraser University, Kathi is currently on the Board of Directors for Big Brothers of Greater Vancouver and is the chairperson for the Training and Development Roundtable for Human Resource Management Association of BC. She also works with Olympic Athletes to assist them in integrating their work and training. Kathi currently teaches at a Vancouver college and is a Master of Arts candidate in the field of organizational development and adult learning.

Lorri Arndt is the Sundance Consulting Inc. Business Manager. Bringing over 20 years varied experience in customer service, innovative office solutions and organization, Lorri sincerely believes that helping to create workplaces that provide dignity and meaning for the human spirit is essential.
