The company has a rich history dating back to the early 70s when the founder developed adult education and leadership development programs and resources in outdoor education and social service settings.
Sundance Consulting Inc. began formally in 1986 to help organizations with strategic and long term planning, leadership development, team building, communication and conflict resolution skills, organizational downsizing and career renewal programs.
To help organizations respond to issues associated with any complex change, our work throughout the 1990s focused on organizational transition and helping organizations change more effectively.
At the turn of the century, Chris researched and developed a unique and holistic approach to leading organizational change. The Integrated Approach to Leading Change™ integrates Strategy, Change, Transition and Communication. Chris has authored a series of supportive booklets, workbooks, assessment tools, programs, leadership workshops and web seminars that focus on helping organizations find their way through change using The Integrated Approach to Leading Change™ model.
