This is a foundational 3 1/2 day Professional Qualification course developed to educate leaders in The Integrated Approach to Leading Change and build internal capacity to effectively guide organizations through complex change. It is designed for project leaders and managers, HR and OD professionals, and consultants who seek to develop a better understanding of guiding organizational change. We offer this program publically as well as a custom in-house program.
